• This was awful. It is offensive. This is the most depraved and disgusting story. Seriously! The male MC is serial rapist and murderer, but by all means, let's glorify it(heavy sarcasm)! He has been torturing and murdering as well as torturing and raping and then murdering since he was turned which has been a very long time ago. The males that he takes to his "feeding" room get tortured and then killed. What he does to the women is even worse. He tortures them, rapes them, snaps their neck, drains them dry while he comes. GAG!!!!! AWFUL!!!!!!
  The rest of the so called good guys enable him and allow this crap to go on. Some of the people (victims) were not good people, some were evil and some were innocent. This disgusting behavior turned him on for hundreds of years. I will say again disgusting and disturbing!
  Dante has no REDEEMING qualities. The female is TSTL. I was so frustrated with her. She is suppose to be his mate, but he has hurt her, been cruel to her, and told he was going to kill her until he found out he would die. Miraculous change of heart! He never shows any remorse for his depravity and murdering. He never apologizes to her. This was SO bad.
  
  I tried to return it. will not let me return . I do not want to fund an author who writes this crap!!!!!!!
• Dante, his world is lonely and eternal-vampire​. Meets Laney, (in a round-about way), her world is lonely and finite-human. But she's his mate! So will she embrace him and his world-to become his eternity?? Ms. Wilson's riveting, sensual addition to her Deathless Night series is fantastic. Loved it! Can't wait for Shea's story. I received an ARC and am voluntarily reviewing the story.
• In this book we learn more about Dante the very old vampire that thinks all humans are nothing more than cattle. In walks Laney who excites and confuses Dante, all he knows is he wants to keep her. This book runs you thru the full range of emotions. This book takes the series o the next level. I cannot wait for Blood Magic.
• I didn't know what to think of him in the other books. He was a different breed. But I'm pleasantly surprised. I have loved this whole series. Looking forward to more Jesse.
• Every book gets better in this series. Loved reading about Dante and learning his story. Definitely the darkest character so far but doesn't disappoint with true passion and action. Loved this book and excited to find out what happens next.
• An absolutely riveting book! It kept me completely engrossed until the end!! I can't put it down. I now need to read the rest!

• I read the first book and was hooked. I had to by the whole series. I can not wait for Shea's story.
